Mark qualified as a fitness instructor over 15 years ago. He is an experienced 'Boxercise' and 'Spinning' class instructor and can incorporate elements of these classes into your workout as well as offer advice on nutrition and weight management. Mark's areas of interest include core strength and stability, toning, weight loss and muscle bulk. His passion for fitness, together with his positive and easy going personality would suit either the inexperienced client or the more experienced client looking for new training plans to maximise their results.
