Body Attack is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilisation exercises. Our fully qualified and dynamic instructors along with the latest powerful music, helps motivate everyone towards their fitness goals - right from the regular exerciser through to the hard core athlete! Like all the Les Mills programmes, a new Body Attack class is released every three months with new music and choreography ensuring participants remain highly motivated and committed to the class. Body Attack is a great discipline for those not only wanting to get fit, but also stay fit.
