OUTDOOR ACTIVE

We are delighted to be launching our ladies only Outdoor Active at Kings. This is an exciting new class offering a variety of fun outdoor classes held at various locations on and off site. Outdoor Active is suitable for all levels of fitness so there is no reason not to come and join in with the fun.

Classes are held Monday, Wednesday and Friday 09:30 - 10:30 and are FREE to members and only £8.50 per class to non-members.

We are also running a promotion on this class whereby members are able to bring along a non-member to one session free of charge.
