The gym offers an excellent choice of equipment. Split over two levels the upper level includes a vast range of Life Fitness cardiovascular machines including treadmills, steppers, upright and recumbent bikes, rowers and cross trainers. We also have integrated personal TV’s and audio systems on most of our equipment offering BBC 1, ITV, Channel 4, Sky News, Sky Sports News and MTV Dance which provides excellent value to our users.

On the ground floor we have a superb range of fixed resistance machines and a great range of free weights and other training equipment such as medicine balls, swiss balls and more. There really is something for everyone within our offer, whether you are a beginner or elite athlete/sportsperson.
